Knoxville, Tenn., July 16 - Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. announced it settled a C$5.06 million private placement of shares.

The company sold 20,240,000 common shares at C$0.25 per share.

Mega View Digital Entertainment, formerly Middle Kingdom Paradiso Corp., is a Richmond Hill, Ont.-based capital pool company.
