MedQuest to redeem of all 11 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2012

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 15 - MedQuest, Inc. said it will buy back all $177,168,000 of its outstanding 11 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2012.

The redemption price is 105.938 plus unpaid interest of $59.38 per $1,000 principal amount of the notes up to, but not including, the Feb. 15 redemption date.

MedQuest is an Alpharetta, Ga.-based operator of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers.
