S&P raises MedImpact, notes to B

Standard & Poor's said it raised its corporate credit rating on MedImpact Holdings Inc. to B from B-.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, the agency raised its issue-level rating on MedImpact's existing senior secured notes to B from B-. The 3 recovery rating is unchanged.

"The one-notch corporate credit rating upgrade reflects MedImpact's outperformance in 2014 relative to our base-case forecasts, primarily reflecting better-than expected volumes over the past three quarters," S&P credit analyst Shannan Murphy said in a news release.
