Aon to price $600 million notes in 10-, 30-year tranches Tuesday

Virginia Beach, May 20 - Aon plc plans to bring to market on Tuesday a $600 million offering of senior notes in tranches due 2024 and 2044, according to a market source and a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Aon Corp.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and also human resources solutions and outsourcing services is based in London.
