Mediacom Broadband repays full $291.8 million term loan J balance

Columbus, Ohio, June 30 – Mediacom Broadband LLC’s operating subsidiaries repaid the entire $291.8 million balance of term loan J under their existing bank credit facility on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The term loan J, which was scheduled to mature on June 30, 2021, was repaid using revolving credit borrowings of $231.8 million under the same credit facility and $60 million of cash from parent company Mediacom Communications Corp.

The parent company had received the cash contribution on Friday from another subsidiary, Mediacom LLC.

Mediacom is a Mediacom Park, N.Y.-based cable operator.
