Med Gen wraps final tranche of $1.5 million private placement

New York, Aug. 25 - Med Gen Inc. said it has completed the last tranche of a $1.5 million private placement.

The full details of the offering could not be determined Thursday.

The company plans to use the proceeds for consumer advertising.

Based in Boca Raton, Fla., Med Gen develops a snore-relief throat spray.

On Thursday, the company's stock closed up $0.02 to end at $0.04.
