Med-Emerg International extends expiry on warrants

New York, Aug. 16 - Med-Emerg International Inc. extended the expiration date on its outstanding redeemable warrants.

The warrants will now expire Sept. 11, 2006, pushed back from Aug. 11.

Based in Mississauga, Ont., Med-Emerg provides staffing services to the health care industry.
