MedAssets talks downsized $325 million eight-year senior notes with 8%-8¼% yield

St. Louis, Nov. 8 - MedAssets, Inc. talked its $325 million offering of eight-year senior notes with an 8% to 8¼% yield on Monday, according to market sources.

Pricing is set for Tuesday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, which was downsized from $360 million.

Proceeds will be used to pay a portion of the $850 million acquisition of the Broadlane Group.

MedAssets is an Atlanta-based provider of supply chain consulting and revenue cycle management services for health systems, hospitals and health care providers.
