New Issue: MDC Partners prices $80 million 11% four-year senior notes at 106 to yield 9.126%

Portland, Ore., Dec. 6 - MDC Partners Inc. priced $80 million of its 11% senior notes due Nov. 1, 2016 at 106 to yield 9.126%, a market source said on Thursday.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC ran the books.
Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.
The issuer is a Toronto-based marketing and communications network.
