M.D.C. amends credit agreement to lift commitment to $550 million

New York, Dec. 17 – M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. entered into an amendment to its credit agreement with U.S. Bank NA as designated agent and co-administrative agent and Citibank, NA as co-administrative agent, increasing the commitment to $550 million from $450 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment also extended the termination date by one year to Dec. 13, 2019.

SunTrust Bank and PNC Bank, NA acted as co-syndication agents.

The homebuilding and financial services company is based in Denver.
