Correction: MDC buys back $765.02 million 5½%, 3¼% notes

A story in the Nov. 21 editions of Prospect News High Yield Daily and the Prospect News Liability Management Daily misstated the name of the company that bought back MDC-GMTN BV’s 5½% notes due April 2021 and 3¼% notes due 2022. A corrected version follows.

Chicago, Nov. 26 – MDC-GMTN BV repurchased $393,385,000 principal amount of its $734.35 million outstanding 5½% notes due April 2021 and $371,637,000 principal amount of its $663,750,000 outstanding 3¼% notes due 2022.

After the repurchases on Nov. 7, there is $340,965,000 of the 5½% notes and $292,113,000 of the 3¼% notes left outstanding.

Tesco is a Cheshunt, England-based grocery and retail chain.
