Australia’s ANZ offers five-year covered bonds; pricing Tuesday

Virginia Beach, May 19 – ANZ Banking Group Ltd. is planning to price a five-year covered bond on Tuesday, a market source said.

ANZ, Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC Securities and RBC Capital Markets LLC are managing the Rule 144A sale.

The financial services company is based in Melbourne, Australia.
