Moody's may lift McDermott

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the Ba3 corporate family and B1 probability-of-default ratings of McDermott International Inc. and J Ray McDermott, SA under review for upgrade.

The review for upgrade is prompted by Moody's expectation that end market demand for the companies' main business segments are likely to remain favorable into the medium term, according to the agency.
