Pittsburgh, July 13 - MCC Corp.'s Chapter 7 trustee requested court approval to sell the company's Elkhart, Ind., property to LCM Realty, LLC for $1.73 million, according to a July 12 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

LCM Realty is an assignee of Lippert Components Manufacturing, Inc.

The property houses recreational vehicle assembly and finishing plants.

The trustee will pay a $103,500 broker's fee at closing.

A hearing is scheduled for Aug. 11.
