S&P affirms MB Holding

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its B long-term corporate credit rating on MB Holding Co. LLC. The outlook is negative.

In addition, S&P affirmed the B- issue rating on senior unsecured $320 million bond.

The affirmation follows less weakening than S&P anticipated in MB Holding's earnings and operating performance in 2013.
