Maxim Loomis Sayles Small-Cap Value Portfolio drops Thelen, keeps Gatz

San Diego, Jan. 12 - Maxim Series Fund, Inc. announced that Daniel G. Thelen is no longer a portfolio manager of the Maxim Loomis Sayles Small-Cap Value Portfolio, effective Dec. 31.

Joseph R. Gatz will continue to serve as portfolio manager, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

GW Capital Management, LLC, doing business as Maxim Capital Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co., serves as investment adviser to the portfolio. MCM is based in Greenwood Village, Colo.
