Mattress Firm to launch new credit facility Friday

New York, Jan. 16 - Mattress Firm is scheduled to hold a bank meeting 10:30 a.m. ET on Friday to launch a new credit facility, according to a market source.

UBS is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to help fund J.W. Childs Associates LP's acquisition of the company from Sun Capital Partners.

No other details on the credit facility are available, the source added.

Mattress Firm is a Houston-based specialty bedding retailer.
