Matterhorn Mobile to pay down term loan A with notes proceeds

New York, Sept. 4 - Matterhorn Mobile SA plans to repay existing term loan A debt and share premium with proceeds from a CHF 180 million senior secured floating-rate notes offering, according to a market source.

Matterhorn Mobile is a Renens, Switzerland-based mobile network operator.
