Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 20 - Matrix Valley plc said it raised £1 million in a private placement of shares.
The company sold 27,730,736 ordinary shares at 3.6p apiece to Japan Asia Investment Co. Ltd.
Proceeds will be used for the expansion of Matrix's clean drinking water vending machine business into Indonesia and Vietnam.
Based in Selangor, Malaysia, Matrix Valley provides clean and affordable drinking water via its WaterShop Vending Machine business.
