Argentina's Mastellone Hermanos extends deadline in notes offering

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 - Mastellone Hermanos SA has extended the deadline for submission of indications of interest for its offering of $30 million of class E fixed-rate notes due 2013 to Dec. 9 from Dec. 7, according to a company news release.

The notes will be issued under the company's $250 million global notes program.

Mastellone Hermanos is a Buenos Aires food company.
