MasTec to start roadshow Wednesday for $150 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Jan. 16 - MasTec, Inc. will begin a roadshow on Wednesday for its $150 million offering of 10-year senior notes (B1/B+), according to an informed source.

Morgan Stanley has the books for the offering, which is being marketed via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Pricing is expected to take place midweek during the week of Jan. 22.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to redeem all outstanding 7¾% senior subordinated notes due February 2008.

MasTec is a Coral Gables, Fla., telecommunications and energy infrastructure company.
