Knoxville, Tenn., May 28 - Anthem Ventures Capital Corp. said it completed a C$6 million private placement of stock via agent PI Financial Corp. The company also said it settled an acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of West Kirkland Mining Inc.
The company sold 12 million common shares at C$0.50 each.
The issuer is a Vancouver, B.C., capital pool company.
