S&P lifts Marseille-Kliniken view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Marseille-Kliniken AG to stable from negative following a significant improvement in the liquidity position, reduced dividend payouts and a strong performance improvement expected for the current fiscal year. The agency also affirmed its BB- long-term corporate credit rating.

The rating reflects Marseille-Kliniken's weak financial profile, including high lease-adjusted leverage and weak coverage ratios, S&P said.

The rating is supported by Marseille-Kliniken's strong competitive position in highly fragmented markets and the well predictable growth in future nursing care needs, the agency said.
