Knoxville, Tenn., June 11 - Marret Asset Management Inc., the manager of Marret High-Yield Strategies Fund, announced that Laurence Cashin has resigned as a credit analyst and chief financial officer, effective June 19.

Cashin left the fund to pursue other opportunities, chief executive officer Barry Allan said in a press release. Allan said he wishes Cashin well in his new endeavors.

The Toronto-based credit fixed-income manager has recently hired three new employees, including a portfolio manager, a credit analyst and a chief financial officer, the release stated.
