Marquette Transportation to start roadshow Wednesday for $250 million seven-year second-lien notes

St. Louis, Jan. 5 - Marquette Transportation Co., LLC will start a roadshow on Wednesday for its $250 million offering of seven-year second-lien notes (B3/B-), according to an informed source.

The roadshow wraps up on Jan. 12, with the deal expected to price the following day.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. has the books for the Rule 144A for life notes.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The prospective issuer is a Paducah, Ky.-based river freight company that operates on the U.S. Inland Waterway System.
