MarkWest Energy to pay down loans with common units proceeds

Chicago, March 30 - MarkWest Energy Partners LP said it plans to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility using proceeds from an offering of 4 million common units.

MarkWest is a Denver-based natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil company.
