Mark IV unsecured creditors committee appointed by trustee Diana Adams

Pittsburgh, May 11 - Mark IV Industries, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Joe Foster of Carlisle Power Transmission Producers, Inc. of Springfield, Mo.; Roger Delacey of Kurt Manufacturing Co, Inc. of Minneapolis; Phillip J. Speicher of Regal Research & Mfg, Co., LLC of Plano, Texas; Chris Tvrdik of Norvell Electronics, Inc. if Carrollton, Texas; Raymond Oh of Dongil Rubber Belt America, Inc. of Cerritos, Calif.; Steve Huettner of Preferred Rubber Compounding of Barberton, Ohio; and Senya Nishijima of GMB North America, Inc. of Dayton, N.J.

Mark IV, an Amherst, N.Y., manufacturer of engineered systems and components for the automotive, industrial and transportation markets, filed for bankruptcy on April 30. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-12795.
