Mariner Energy to repay bank debt with bond proceeds

New York, April 10 - Mariner Energy Inc. plans to repay debt under its secured credit facility using proceeds from its proposed $250 million senior notes offering, according to a company news release.

Mariner is a Houston-based independent oil and gas exploration, development and production company.
