S&P: Marfin Investment view to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Marfin Investment Group Holdings SA to negative from stable. Its BB/B long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings were affirmed.

The ratings reflect its weak business profile, weak investment portfolio and exposure to a weakened Greek economic environment, the agency said.

Offsetting these points, however, is an expectation that the company's net cash profile will likely persist and that its debt maturity profile is good, S&P said.
