Fitch affirms ING, ABN Amro

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the long- and short-term issuer default ratings of ING Group (A/F1), ING Bank NV (A+/F1+) and ABN Amro Bank NV (A+/F1+).

The outlook is stable.

The affirmation follows the affirmation of the Netherlands' long-term issuer default rating at AAA/stable, according to the agency.

The issuer default ratings of the companies are sensitive to any change of the Dutch state's ability and willingness to support its systemically important banks, the agency noted.
