Mantra plans $1.2 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 11 - Mantra Venture Group Ltd. arranged to raise $1.2 million in a private placement of units via M Partners Inc. on Dec. 4, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell units of one common share and a half-share warrant.

The company is based in Vancouver, B.C.
