New Issue: Mansfield negotiates C$6 million private placement of units

New York, March 23 - Mansfield Minerals Inc. said it priced a C$6 million non-brokered private placement.

The offering includes up to 2,727,273 units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$2.20 each.

The whole warrants allow for the purchase of another share at C$3.00 each for one year.

Proceeds from the deal will be used for pre-feasibility work at the company's Lindero property in Argentina and for working capital.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Mansfield is a mineral exploration company.
