Atlanta, June 15 - Mansfield Minerals Inc. said it plans to raise C$1.4 million in a private placement.
The offering includes 3.5 million units at C$0.40 each, sold on a non-brokered basis.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The full warrants provide for an additional share at C$0.60 each for 18 months.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Mansfield is a mineral exploration company. The proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's properties in northwestern Argentina. The remainder will be used for working capital.
