ManpowerGroup extends credit facility termination date to 2023

Morgantown, W.Va., June 22 – ManpowerGroup Inc. amended and restated on June 18 its five-year credit agreement dated Sept. 16, 2015 with Citibank, NA as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment mainly revises the termination date of the facility to June 18, 2023 from Sept. 16, 2020 and makes other minor changes to the terms and conditions.

The employment services company is based in Milwaukee.
