Mannkind seeks partner for Technosphere insulin system

Tampa, Fla., June 14 - Mannkind Corp. said it has held discussions with a number of pharmaceutical companies concerning a potential strategic business collaboration for its Technosphere insulin system.

Mannkind said it has narrowed the list of potential collaborative partners but is not disclosing the number or identity of any potential partner.

To date, the company has not reached a decision concerning such a collaboration.

Mannkind is a biopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Valencia, Calif.
