Manning & Napier appoints Busheri, Petrosino to Senior Research Group

San Diego, Jan. 20 - Manning & Napier Fund, Inc. announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Ebrahim Busheri and Christopher Petrosino have been named to the Senior Research Group of New York-based Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC, the investment adviser to Manning & Napier funds.

Consequently, Busheri has been added to the list of portfolio managers for each of the 31 funds. Petrosino has been part of the funds' management teams since 2008.

The company also said that Ajay M. Sadarangani is no longer a portfolio manager of the Real Estate Series and now holds that position for the Financial Services Series.

Lastly, the shares of the International Series are now designated as class S shares, effective Dec. 31.
