Manning & Napier's Sadarangani joins Financial Services Series team

San Diego, Nov. 29 - Manning & Napier Fund, Inc. announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Ajay M. Sadarangani has been added to the portfolio management team for the Financial Services Series. An employee of the fund's investment adviser, Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., since 2001, he is no longer a portfolio manager of the Real Estate Series.
Manning & Napier also said it completed a restructuring on Oct. 1 and is now Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC. The restructuring did not change the investment strategies or portfolio management for any series of the fund.
The investment firm is located in Fairport, N.Y.
