Manhattan Scientifics completes $1 million private placement of equity

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 11 - Manhattan Scientifics Inc. said it raised $1 million in a private placement of equity.

Proceeds will be used for general-purpose working capital.

Manhattan Scientifics is a New York-based development stage company.
