Majestic $140 million seven-year notes talked at 12 5/8%-12 7/8%

St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 29 - Price talk of 12 5/8%-12 7/8% emerged Thursday on Majestic Investor Holdings LLC offering of $145 million of senior secured notes due 2008 (B2/B), a market source told Prospect News.

The securities are coming to market via Jefferies & Co.

The deal for the Gary, Ind.-based gaming company is expected to price Friday.
