Magnum Hunter Resources $250 million 10-year notes talked at 9 5/8%-9 7/8%

St. Louis, Mo., March 11 - Price talk of 9 5/8%-9 7/8% came out Monday on Magnum Hunter Resources, Inc.'s upcoming $250 million of senior notes due 2012 (B2 existing/B), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price late in the week of March 11.

Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown is bookrunner on the Rule 144A notes, which are non-callable for five years.
