Anixter files automatic shelf registration for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 22 - Anixter International Inc. and Anixter Inc. jointly filed a debt securities and guarantees of debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Anixter is a Glenview, Ill.-based distributor of communications and specialty wire and cable products, fasteners and small parts.
