Knoxville, Tenn., May 13 - Animas Resources Ltd. said it completed a C$1.4 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company sold 4 million units at C$0.35 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.55 for 18 months.
Proceeds will be used for exploration, drilling and general working capital.
Animas Resources is a mineral resource company based in Vancouver, B.C.
