Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 5 - Animas Resources Ltd. said it is increasing a non-brokered private placement of units to C$2.5 million. The deal priced for C$1.5 million on Nov. 28.
The company now plans to sell 2.5 million units, up from 1.5 million units, of one share and one non-transferable warrant at C$1.00 per unit. Each warrant is exercisable at C$1.50 for 18 months.
The company will use the proceeds for property acquisitions, drilling at its Santa Gertrudis property and general corporate purposes.
Animas Resources is a mineral resource company based in Vancouver, B.C.
