Company sells 22 million units with whole warrants at C$0.05 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 2 – Magellan Minerals Ltd. said it has increased a non-brokered private placement of units to C$1.1 million from C$500,000. The deal priced on Aug. 4.
The company will sell 22 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.05 per unit.
Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.10 for 18 months. The strike price reflects a 66.67% premium to the July 31 closing share price of C$0.06.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
The gold and bauxite explorer is based in Vancouver, B.C.
