Madison Park Funding XI intends to issue new notes via refinancing

Minneapolis, Aug. 3 – Madison Park Funding XI, Ltd./Madison Park Funding XI, LLC plans to issue seven classes of secured notes and some subordinated notes as part of a refinancing, according to a notice from trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

Specifically, Madison Park intends to issue new class X, A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R, E-R and F-R notes, along with new subordinated notes.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the existing class A-1A, A-1B, A-2, B-1, B-2, C, D, E and F notes.

The existing subordinated notes will remain outstanding.

New York-based Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC is the portfolio manager.
