By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Nov. 28 - Madison 92nd Street Associates, LLC examiner Thomas R. Slome has received an extension to Dec. 16 from Nov. 28 of his deadline for filing a report on the company's best reorganization strategy, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In addition, Slome's deadline for filing a report on the disinterestedness of Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP and Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky has been extended to Dec. 31 from Dec. 12.

According to the extension stipulation, the examiner has been trying to facilitate a settlement between two equity factions.

Madison 92nd Street is a New York-based hotel owner. The company filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 16, and the Chapter 11 case number is 11-13917.
