Moody’s rates Anheuser-Busch bonds A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned A3 ratings to the dollar-denominated bonds issued by Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide Inc., a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev NV/SA (ABI), in 5.75-, 10-, 20-, 30- and 40-year tranches.

The notes are pari passu with other obligations of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV and its guaranteed subsidiaries.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes including upcoming debt maturities.

Other ratings of the group are unchanged.
