Moody's reviews Anheuser-Busch

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the A2 senior debt ratings of Anheuser-Busch Inc. on review for downgrade following the unsolicited bid by InBev.

The agency said it would consider the impact on bondholders of either a successful takeover bid by InBev or actions taken by Bud to fend off the bid.
