Macquarie Capital hires Morgan Edwards as managing director in debt structuring and advisory

New York, Aug. 15 - Macquarie Capital Advisors has named Morgan Edwards as a managing director within the debt structuring & advisory group, where he will focus on arranging debt financing for Macquarie's clients as well as the firm's principal and fund investments in the United States, according to a news release.

Previously, Edwards was a managing director in high-yield capital markets at Bear, Stearns & Co.
