River Road reports 14.2% stake in Mac-Gray

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 11 - Investors led by River Road Asset Management, LLC bought 7,020 shares of Mac-Gray Corp.'s stock in a series of transactions that included the sale of 6,880 shares of the company's stock.

The transactions occurred between Nov. 6 and Dec. 20. The shares were priced from $11.66 to $12.36 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 1,879,334, or 14.2%, of Mac-Gray's outstanding shares of common stock.

Mac-Gray is a Waltham, Mass.-based laundry facilities management contractor.
